Step 2
If we are a good fit and you are ready, we will schedule a time that works for you to meet each week. If we aren’t a good fit, I will happily make recommendations for other therapists that may be more suited to you.
Step 3
Intake session – Your first session will allow me to get to know you in more depth. By the end of the first session we will begin to create a treatment plan or highlight your goals of therapy.
Step 4
You will continue to return each week to do the work.
